R.I.P. Chester!

I have been listening to Linkin Park on Spotify over and over this weekend since I heard that their lead singer Chester Bennington committed suicide on Thursday, July 20, 2017.

Linkin Park’s  music could always make me feel better when I was going through some rough times. I would listen to their albums and feel as if I would survive.

Dealing with the long term disease GBS/CIDP leaves me feeling many different thoughts – overwhelmed, loneliness, anxiety, depression, and wanting to give up. Music and writing help me cope with these feelings. Linkin Park’s music has helped me beat many of these feelings when come to play in my mind.

 

I suffer from anxiety and depression. I am not alone and I am loved.
